Cryotherapy

Cryotherapy is a procedure of exposure of the body to ultra-low temperatures for cosmetological and medical purposes. Cold treatment is used in the therapy and prevention of various skin diseases, as well as for rejuvenation of the body.

Cryotherapy is performed for 2-3 minutes in a cryochamber, where the skin surface is cooled by liquid nitrogen from -100°C to 160°C. Thus exposed to temperature stress, the body triggers the "mechanism" of stimulation of defense functions and metabolic processes. The skin is not damaged.

Exposure to low temperatures has a shock effect: the body is stressed and begins to actively produce vital hormones and stimulates the immune system. As a result, the work of the cardiovascular system is stabilized, cell regeneration starts, which contributes to the recovery of the body. Impact on the tissues of the body cold allows you to achieve a tangible therapeutic effect: increases vitality, improves the appearance of the skin, slow metabolic processes in the tissues.

The purpose of physiotherapy is to increase blood flow in the superficial vessels. Under the influence of low temperatures, they are constricted, which later causes their strong reflex dilatation and thus activation of blood circulation. This increases the supply of nutrients.

The procedure has a significant aesthetic effect. Lymphatic drainage reduces the visible signs of cellulite, reduces the fat layer, increases skin elasticity and tone, improves skin color.
